"From what point of view is the story told?"
The story is told in first person but by two different main characters. Every chapter, the two narrator switch to tell their point of view of the story. The two main characters are Whit and Wisty who are accused of being witches and wizards.

"What is the main sequence of actions in the story?"
In the beginning, Whit and Wisty are captured by a group of evil militia men and accused of being witches and wizards. While in prison, they discover that they have extraordinary powers but they need to learn how to control them. They finally find a way to bust out and eventually join a group of misfits to stop the militia. They break kids out of jail and put themselves one step closer to stopping the militia.

"What part of the book did you like best?"
My favorite part was when Whit and Wisty first discovered their powers and used them to stop the new order. Wisty broke hundreds of kids out of jail by using her power to light herself on fire. This was my favorite part because it was the book's climax and things were finally changing because they were starting to fight back.

"How would you have responded if you were the main character?"
If I had been Whit, I would've started training them when I first discovered them. In the book, Once Whit discovered his powers, he sat in the jail cell wasting his time instead of training to beat the new order. I would've trained myself so I could protect myself against the new order guards. In the book, If he had trained more, he would've helped more because he would be more experienced towards the end of the story.

"Are there any characters that could be removed without affecting the story?
There is one character named Natasha that could be removed without affecting the plot of the story. In the story, Natasha is a friend of one of the main characters and does not play a big role throughout the story. She is a ghost and just introduces herself and that is her whole role. She plays a minor character and would not have a major impact on the story if she was removed.

The setting in the witch and wizard is really connected to the plot. In the plot, the character end up using the resources and setting rapidly. Without the city setting, the main characters would have a hard time blending in and hiding from the new order. For example, In the story the Characters use the sewers and abandoned train routes to hide from the new order. If the story took place in a rural area, the y wouldn't have anything to hide with.
